This Privacy Policy explains how Vitamin Z, doing business as AI Pixel Pilot (“AI Pixel Pilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit aipixelpilot.com, create a paid customer account, or use our photo-editing and artificial-intelligence services (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Account information. We collect information such as your name, email address, password hash, account status, credit balance, subscription identifiers, and account dates. We do not store your password in readable form.
Billing information. Payments will be processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. AI Pixel Pilot does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers.
Website analytics and advertising. We record page visits, referral source, campaign labels, signup progress, trial starts, and purchase status to understand site performance and improve the Service. We may use advertising measurement tools, including the Reddit Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Events API, and Pinterest Tag, to attribute activity to advertising campaigns. Where enabled, matching information such as a normalized, securely hashed email address may be sent to improve measurement. This analytics data does not include complete payment-card numbers.
Photos and instructions. We process photographs, masks, text instructions, selected styles, and other content you submit to perform the requested edit. Photos may contain personal information about you or other people.
Usage and technical information. Our hosting systems may automatically record IP address, browser and device information, request date and time, pages or features used, security events, and diagnostic logs.
Communications. We collect information you send to support@aipixelpilot.com, including the contents of your request and any attachments.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- Create and administer customer accounts, subscriptions, credits, and transaction records.
- Process photos and return requested results.
- Send service messages, password resets, billing notices, and support responses.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
- Improve reliability, usability, and feature performance.
3. Photo Processing and AI Providers
Some AI features send the submitted image and instructions to Replicate and the model providers made available through Replicate. Replicate states that, by default, API prediction inputs, outputs, files, and logs are automatically removed after approximately one hour. Provider practices can change, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
AI Pixel Pilot does not currently provide permanent cloud photo storage inside customer accounts. Images may exist temporarily in browser memory, server temporary storage, provider systems, network caches, or security backups as necessary to process and deliver a result. You should download and securely retain any result you wish to keep.
4. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Service, including Hostinger for website hosting, Replicate and its model providers for AI processing, Stripe for payment and subscription services, and email or technical-support providers. These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, investigate fraud or safety concerns, enforce our agreements, protect rights and property, or complete a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies
We use essential session cookies needed for secure login, account access, and fraud prevention. Stripe and our advertising measurement providers, including TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest, may use cookies or similar technologies for payment, measurement, attribution, and advertising performance. 6. Retention
We retain account, subscription, credit-ledger, support, and transaction information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and contractual requirements. Password-reset tokens expire and are retained only as operationally necessary. We may retain limited records after account closure when required or permitted by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing support@aipixelpilot.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service and paid accounts are intended for adults age 18 or older and are not directed to children. Do not create an account if you are under 18. An adult uploading a photograph of a minor must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian or have all permissions required to submit and process that image. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
10. International and State Privacy Rights
Privacy rights vary by location. Where applicable, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a decision about a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the Service, providers, or laws change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account, or email.
